Belly Dance is a rich and expressive dance form with a centuries-long history that is good for body and mind. While dancing to beautiful music, you develop flexibility, balance, coordination, sensuality, and fitness, and you will experience the power and joy of this dance form.

About Body Joy Studio
At Body Joy Studio, you move with awareness, joy and expression. In Pilates, Barre and Belly Dance, you work on strength, flexibility and body awareness in a way that suits your body.
Classes are taught in small groups of up to 10 participants. This allows room for personal attention, while you also experience the support, energy and warmth of moving together in a group.
