At Body Joy Studio, we teach the original training method developed by Joseph Pilates. Rather than a collection of separate exercises, Pilates is an intelligent and carefully designed movement system in which concentration, control, centering, precision, breathing and flow all come together.

Barre
Strong and Graceful
An elegant and energetic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, cardio, and stretching. With small, controlled movements, you work on strong posture, supple muscles, balance, and increased body awareness. It makes you happy.

Belly Dance

Belly Dance is a rich and expressive dance form with a centuries-old history that is good for both body and mind. As you dance to beautiful music, you develop flexibility, balance, coordination, sensuality and stamina, while experiencing the strength and joy of this dance form.
